話說這是我第二次在國外租車了。
第一次是幾年前去美國黃石公園，在蒙大拿州開了7天，那時是在Priceline.com出價，minivan 租一天才30幾美金。
這次義大利托斯卡尼看了網路的資料，去比較幾個大網站之後，目前還是http://www.argusrentals.com/ 最便宜，雖然離出發還很久，但想說那價格還OK，就先預訂了。
這網站預定後，會先收一筆訂金，在出發前28天，就會從信用卡全額扣款。預定7天內，訂金應該可以還你，但超過7天 - 出發前28天，那筆訂金就會被沒收。 而出發前28天內取消，就會被全額扣款，取消也不退費。
這次選擇從佛羅倫斯取車/還車，總共租了4天，總費用是161.92EUR。訂金被先收24.79EUR，28天前會被再扣137.13EUR。
至於車種...請原諒我的虛榮，原先只想省錢租Economy車種(約100EUR)，結果最後租到AVIS Permium的敞篷車: Peugeot 207 Cabriolet or similar. 為了自己的虛榮，多付了61euro~
(租車價格會一直變動，像今天上去查，這台車同樣租車條件已經變成EUR243.9了！)

租車總費用包含

保險也可以跟第三方保險公司投保。便宜，但若發生意外事故，會先被租車公司扣款，然後再自行想辦法去第三方保險公司申請理賠。
這次租車保險涵蓋的項目與內容：
Collision damage waiver (CDW): Includes 21% Tax; Excess 850 EUR
Complete cover package: 13.43 EUR per Day (Excludes Tax); Excess 0 EUR (碰撞全險要每天另加13.43 EUR)
Theft waiver (TW): Includes 21% Tax; Excess 850 EUR
Third party liability protection (TP): Includes 21% Tax
You may be held responsible for damage to or loss of tyres, windscreens, glass and undercarriage. Please check with the car rental agent on arrival.
If you purchase the Excess Cover Insurance from a third party (such as Mondial Assistance), the credit card holder will be required to present his/ her credit card at the rental desk in order for the car rental agent to authorize the deposit.
避免在SICILY BY CAR租車，不然三個月後會被盜刷多筆61歐元起跳費用!

Avoid renting with SICILY BY CAR toget unkown big-charges!
I rented a car with Sicily by car at rentalcars.com. The experience with the car was not good. Our surprise came when, 3 months later, there were unreasonable charge in my credit car for 61 EUR.
I immediately google SICLIY BY CARE and found out I am not the only victim, you can reference thease other-victim's accusations:
